Shipping Policy

  1. Your order(s) will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after order confirmation to the delivery address specified in the order.
  2. Deliveries are made between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding the Eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
  3. We deliver to all areas in mainland Singapore, except Jurong Island and Pulau Ubin.
  4. Order details, including the delivery address, are confirmed upon order and cannot be changed after confirmation.
  5. Shipping charges are calculated per order confirmation. Enjoy free shipping on all orders for over $150. A shipping fee of $10 will apply to orders below $150.
  6. A signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange for redelivery. Additional fees may apply for repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  7. The invoice will be included with your order. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days with your order details, and we will assist you accordingly.
  8. We do not ship internationally.
